🕐 What are your operating hours?
We’re open every day from 10:00AM to 1:00AM (SGT).
Most orders are completed within 15–60 minutes, even during peak hours.

📦 How do I place an order?
1. Go to https://queencard.net
2. Choose your game/service
3. Enter your game UID, email, or account info (as requested)
4. Select your package and checkout

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
PayNow
Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
GrabPay
Bank Transfer
SingTel Dash
Payment instructions will be shown during checkout.

🔒 Is login required for top-up?
• For most games (e.g. PUBG, HoK), no login is needed — just your UID or Username
• For some services and games like YouTube Premium, we require a temporary login to activate the subscription
We never access anything else, and your privacy is fully respected.

How long does the top-up take?
Most orders are completed within 15 to 60 minutes after payment confirmation.
If there’s any delay (e.g. server issues), we’ll inform you promptly on WhatsApp.

After checkout, you’ll be auto-redirected to WhatsApp.

🧾 Can I request a custom order or game?
Yes! Just message us if you:
• Want to top-up a game not listed
• Need special bundles or quantities
• Want to buy multiple items in one go

When you order via queencard.net, you automatically earn store credits (0.1% of your cart value). These credits are auto-applied to your next order.
No sign-ups or codes needed — just enjoy the extra savings 💸

💬 Do you offer refunds?
Once an order is processed and fulfilled, we do not offer refunds.
If there's an issue (wrong UID, double order, etc.), please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Yes! We’ve served 1000+ customers, fulfilled hundreds of 5-star orders, and operate with full transparency.
We don’t do scummy refund methods, fake top-ups, or sketchy logins.
